Master Bedroom
King-sized bed, Smart TV, USB charging points, iron and ironing board.
Dressing Room / Study
To work or get ready to go out, plenty of storage and seating, hairdryer and USB charging points.
Kitchen
There's all the usual kitchen equipment, kettle, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher - more photos soon...
Living / Dining Room
There's a smart TV and DAB radio / Bluetooth speaker. There's free Wi fi throughout the cottage. If you prefer old school, there are books, board games and a record player.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a separate bath and shower - more photos soon...
Outside
There's a small back yard leading to a footpath, follow the footpath to get to the park and river.
IMPORTANT NOTE

Please take care as the house has an unusual layout; there's a step between the living room and kitchen and the stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom are quite steep and winding.
